Configurations can be used to automate tasks such as server hopping and auto farming constantly without the need to manually enable settings.Creating a Configuration
- Go to the Settings tab on Rift.
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and set a configuration name in the ‘Config Name’ field.
- Click ‘Create Config’.
You can create multiple configurations for different purposes.
Loading a Configuration
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and head to the ‘Config List’ dropdown.
- Select your configuration name from the list.
- Click ‘Load’. This applies all the saved settings from the configuration.
Applying Settings
- Apply every setting needed for your configuration.
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and head to the ‘Config List’ dropdown.
- Select your configuration name.
- Click ‘Overwrite’. This saves all current settings to the configuration file.
This also applies to updating existing configurations with new settings.
Exporting a Configuration
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and head to the ‘Config List’ dropdown.
- Select your configuration name.
- Click ‘Export’. The configuration data will be copied to your clipboard as JSON.
You can share configurations with others by sending them the exported JSON data.
Importing a Configuration
- Copy the configuration JSON data to your clipboard.
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and paste the data into the ‘Import Data’ field.
- Click ‘Import Config’. The settings will be applied immediately.
Importing applies the settings directly to your current session without creating a saved file.
Auto Loading Configuration
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and head to the ‘Config List’ dropdown.
- Select your configuration name.
- Click ‘Set Autoload’. This sets the selected configuration to be automatically loaded every time.
You can remove auto load by clicking ‘Reset’. A confirmation dialog will appear before resetting.
Deleting a Configuration
- Go to the ‘Configuration’ group and head to the ‘Config List’ dropdown.
- Select your configuration name.
- Click ‘Delete’.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
